Booking terms

Effective 12 September 2026

1. Quotations and confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after Tiffany accepts it in writing and any required payment or deposit has been received. The confirmation identifies the service, vehicle class, itinerary, price, inclusions and contracting entity.

2. Pricing

Published rates are starting rates. Routine vehicle, chauffeur, insurance, fuel, ERP and parking are included unless stated otherwise. Airport, cruise, midnight, peak-period, out-of-city, Sentosa, cross-border and exceptional access charges may apply. No GST is currently charged.

3. Airport waiting

Airport arrivals include 60 minutes complimentary waiting from actual flight landing. Flight monitoring adjusts our awareness of the arrival time but does not create unlimited passenger waiting. Additional waiting may incur a charge or require a replacement transfer.

4. Other waiting and stops

Other transfers include 15 minutes complimentary waiting. An extra stop means a stop within approximately 2 km of the pickup or drop-off route; a more substantial deviation may be priced as an additional transfer.

5. Amendments and cancellation

Amendments and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking may incur the full confirmed rate because the chauffeur and vehicle have been reserved. Earlier cancellations are assessed according to committed third-party costs and the written confirmation.

6. Vehicle suitability

Passenger and luggage figures are practical guidance, not guarantees for every combination. Customers must disclose guest numbers, luggage and child-restraint needs accurately. Tiffany may recommend a larger or additional vehicle.

7. Malaysia journeys

Cross-border bookings are subject to availability, immigration requirements and the confirmed minimum hours. The customer is responsible for valid travel documents. A S$185 chauffeur lodging and meals charge applies to round trips exceeding 12 hours unless otherwise stated.

8. Events and conditions beyond control

Road closures, severe weather, immigration queues, flight disruption and official restrictions may affect the journey. Tiffany will take reasonable operational steps but is not responsible for delay caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

9. Conduct and damage

Smoking, unlawful activity and conduct that compromises safety are prohibited. The customer is responsible for extraordinary cleaning or damage caused by the travelling party.

10. Contracting entity

Tiffany Limousines & Concierges is UEN 53383546A and is a member of the Century portfolio. Where services are contracted or invoiced by A Century Holdings Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202616136E), this will be stated in the booking confirmation.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Singapore law. The written booking confirmation prevails where it contains service-specific terms.
