How much is a Tiffany Limousine airport transfer?+
Published airport arrival rates start from S$105 for the Minibus, S$115 for the E-Class and Alphard, S$125 for the V-Class and S$260 for the S-Class. Departure rates are published separately. Airport and midnight levies or peak-period surcharges may apply and are confirmed before booking.
How much waiting time is included at Changi Airport?+
Airport arrivals include 60 minutes complimentary waiting from actual flight landing. Additional waiting after the allowance may incur a charge.
Are ERP and parking included?+
Routine ERP and parking are included in Tiffany’s published rates. Exceptional access, admission, headcount and destination charges are excluded unless stated otherwise.
Is GST charged?+
No GST is currently charged. The quotation states the total payable.
How do I choose the right vehicle?+
Send the number of guests and the quantity and approximate size of all luggage. Tiffany will recommend a sedan, MPV or high-roof vehicle based on usable capacity.
Can I book by the hour?+
Yes. All published Tiffany hourly services have a three-hour minimum for Singapore bookings.
Does Tiffany travel to Malaysia?+
Yes. Tiffany arranges chauffeur travel to Johor Bahru, Melaka, Kuala Lumpur and other destinations, subject to minimum hours and cross-border availability.
Can I add a private tour guide?+
Yes. Licensed English, Mandarin and selected multilingual guides can be added subject to availability. Guide and vehicle charges are confirmed separately unless a package expressly includes both.
Can companies receive invoices?+
Company invoicing can be arranged subject to approval. The contracting and invoicing entity is identified in the booking confirmation.
How do I book?+
Send the date, pickup time and location, destination or itinerary, number of guests, luggage and preferred vehicle by WhatsApp. Tiffany will respond with availability and a complete quotation.
