Booking Terms

Rates include vehicle, chauffeur, insurance, fuel, parking fees, tolls, and ERP charges. Please review the following before booking.

1 Rates include vehicle, chauffeur, insurance, fuel, parking fees, tolls and ERP charges.
2 For airport arrivals, maximum waiting time is 45 minutes from flight landing. Additional one-way transfer applies thereafter.
3 For all other transfers, the maximum waiting grace period is 15 minutes. Additional one-way transfer applies thereafter.
4 "Extra Stop" means stops within 2KM of the pick-up/drop-off radius. Stops beyond 2KM are classified as additional one-way transfers.
5 Hourly bookings: Luxury Fleet minimum 3 hours; Coach Fleet (Hi Roof) minimum 4 hours.
6 Peak Period (Christmas 24–26 Dec, New Year's Eve/Day, Chinese New Year 1–3rd day): 25% surcharge on published rates.
7 Super Peak Period (Singapore F1, Airshow, gazetted national events): 50% surcharge from the week leading up to the event.
8 Rates exclude admission and headcount charges to Sentosa Island, unless a hotel/merchant waiver letter is provided.
9 SGD 30 out-of-city surcharge for Woodlands, Jurong, Jurong Island, Shipyard, Sembawang, or Tuas.
10 Amendments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur the full rate of the booking.
11 Malaysia hourly bookings: minimum 4 hrs for JB, 8 hrs for Melaka, 12 hrs for Kuala Lumpur and beyond.
12 For Malaysia trips exceeding 12 hours (roundtrip), a fixed SGD 185 fee applies for chauffeur lodging and meals.
13 Tiffany Limousines & Concierges reserves the right to revise agreed rates without prior notice.
