Peak-period treatment
Christmas (24–26 December), New Year’s Eve and Day, and the first three days of Chinese New Year may attract a 25% surcharge. Singapore F1, the Singapore Airshow and gazetted national events may attract a 50% surcharge during the stated affected period.
Waiting
Airport arrivals include 60 minutes complimentary waiting from actual flight landing. Other transfers include 15 minutes. Additional waiting or a replacement transfer is confirmed according to the circumstances and published terms.
What “confirmed price” means
Once accepted, the quotation remains the agreed price for the confirmed vehicle and itinerary. A revised quotation is issued only where the customer changes the journey or where a condition expressly disclosed before booking becomes applicable.
