We collect information needed to quote, coordinate and deliver chauffeur services, including names, contact details, flight and itinerary information, passenger and luggage requirements, payment status and communications.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, confirm bookings, coordinate chauffeurs and vehicles, process or document payments, provide customer support, meet legal obligations and improve our website and service.
Service providers
Relevant information may be shared with assigned chauffeurs, vehicle operators, guides, payment providers, communications services and professional advisers only to the extent reasonably required.
Analytics
The website may use privacy-conscious traffic and conversion measurement. Where analytics are enabled, technical information such as pages visited, device type, approximate location and referral source may be processed. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as reasonably required for bookings, customer service, accounting, legal and operational purposes, then securely deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by emailing concierge@tiffanylimousine.sg. Some records must be retained to meet legal or accounting requirements.
