1. Selecting by passenger count alone
Four passengers may fit a vehicle but their luggage may not. Confirm bags, cabin pieces and unusual items before choosing the vehicle.
2. Ignoring event conditions
F1, National Day and major events can affect both pricing and access. The quotation should identify known charges and the operating plan should allow for road restrictions.
3. Changing the programme too late
A chauffeur and vehicle are reserved around the confirmed itinerary. Changes inside 24 hours may incur the original charge or require a new quotation.
4. Forgetting restricted-destination charges
Sentosa admission and headcount charges are excluded unless a valid hotel or merchant waiver applies. Share the exact destination before booking.
5. Treating transport as an afterthought
For executives and hosted guests, transport should be sequenced alongside flights, meetings and event access—not added after every other decision is fixed.
The confirmed Tiffany quotation and booking terms remain authoritative for each journey.
