1. A fixed quotation—not a meter
Tiffany confirms the vehicle, itinerary and applicable charges before booking. Routine ERP and parking are included. Airport and midnight levies, peak-period charges or unusual itinerary requirements are identified in the quotation.
2. 60 minutes complimentary waiting
For airport arrivals, the allowance runs for 60 minutes from actual flight landing. We monitor the flight, but flight tracking and passenger waiting are different: additional waiting after the allowance may incur a charge.
3. Choose around luggage
An executive sedan is generally recommended for two guests with two large and two cabin bags. An Alphard, V-Class or Hi Roof is more suitable for larger parties or substantial luggage. Always send the bag count.
4. Peak periods
Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, Singapore F1, the Airshow and national events may affect pricing and road access. Any applicable surcharge is stated before confirmation.
5. How to request a quotation
Send the flight number, date, arrival or departure, destination, guest count and luggage quantity on WhatsApp.
