Planning a pickup from Changi? Here's exactly how we work at Tiffany Limousines & Concierges, so you don't get surprise charges.

1. Fixed rates, not meter

We quote a fixed SGD price before you book. ERP, midnight surcharge, and waiting time for delayed flights are included. You see the total on WhatsApp before you confirm.

2. Peak periods you need to know

From our published terms:

• Christmas 24–26 Dec, New Year's Eve/Day, Chinese New Year 1st–3rd day: 25% surcharge
• Singapore F1, Airshow, and gazetted national events: 50% surcharge from the week leading up

We tell you this upfront in the quote, not after the ride.

3. Luggage rules

Standard executive sedan: 2 large bags. Alphard/MPV: 4 large bags. Tell us your flight number and we track delays free for 60 minutes.

4. Malaysia trips

JB minimum 4 hours, Melaka 8 hours, Kuala Lumpur 12 hours. For trips over 12 hours roundtrip, we add SGD 185 for driver lodging and meals.

5. How to book

WhatsApp your flight details, date, and bag count. We reply with a fixed price in under 10 minutes.
